Zoom enterprise momentum strengthens as AI strategy drives second-quarter growth

Zoom Communications has reported further growth in its second quarter of fiscal 2027, with stronger momentum among enterprise customers and continued investment in artificial intelligence as the company seeks to broaden its role beyond video conferencing.

For the three months ended 31 July 2026, Zoom generated total revenue of $1.277 billion, an increase of 4.9 per cent compared with the same period a year earlier. On a constant-currency basis, revenue rose by 4.7 per cent to $1.274 billion.
The strongest performance came from the Enterprise business. Revenue from enterprise customers reached $787.5 million, up 7.8 per cent year on year.

According to Zoom, this represented the strongest Enterprise revenue growth rate recorded by the company in three years.

Online revenue, meanwhile, increased by a more modest 0.6 per cent to $489.7 million.

Operating profitability remains strong
