Diot-Siaci appoints Nancy Haye

Diot-Siaci has appointed Nancy Haye as Director of Culture and Internal Communications, strengthening its organisation in the areas of employee communications and corporate culture. The appointment took effect on 27 July 2026.

In her new role, Haye reports to Sylvie Rolland, the group’s Human Resources Director. She will be responsible for leading Diot-Siaci’s employer communications strategy, developing its corporate culture and overseeing internal communications.

She succeeds Marie Sirand-Pugnet in the position.

Haye brings experience in internal communications, employer branding and employee engagement gained across a number of major international organisations.
